Bonnie Stith retired from the position of Director of the Center for Cyber Intelligence in the Central Intelligence Agency’s (CIA) Directorate of Digital Innovation. Her career with the CIA included assignments of increasing responsibility managing and leading diverse workforces to accomplish a variety of intelligence missions and culminated in her roles as both Senior Advisor on Cyber to the Director, Central Intelligence Agency and leader of the Center for Cyber Intelligence.
As an Executive Coach, Bonnie works with leaders to define clear, actionable steps for achieving personal and organizational success. She helps individuals and teams unlock their potential, overcome obstacles, and drive positive change, with a focus on leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational culture transformation.
