Robert J. Costello is the Chief Digital and Information Officer at Merlin Group, where he leads digital strategy, technology architecture, enterprise AI, and mission-ready technology initiatives for government and critical infrastructure organizations. With more than 25 years of experience across IT modernization, cybersecurity, cloud migration, network engineering, and mobility, he previously served as CIO at CISA within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. He has also held senior technology leadership roles at CBP and ICE, and is a U.S. Air Force veteran and CISSP-certified cybersecurity leader.
