About the Job

We are looking for a seasoned, hardworking, smart, and overachieving Sales Engineer with proven Cybersecurity experience. Must have a passion for selling technology solutions to senior executives.

  • Support Sepio sales executives with solution selling into prospect account base.
  • Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition.
  • Support strategic partner activities which includes solution design, demonstrations, and technical trainings
  • Effectively communicate client needs to Sepio R&D teams for future product enhancements.
  • Build and support PoC environments, simulating customer environments.
  • Installing and deploying in customer production environments.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends, products, services, relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.


  • 5+ years’ experience as a professional Solution Architect or Sales Engineer.
  • Strong Presentation skills, ability to walk through product demo aligned to business needs, manage Proof of Value (PoV) processes.
  • Bachelor of Science, Bachelors, Computer Science degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ industry experience in the information security field, preferably in the security and online services area.
  • Knowledge in the Linux and Windows operation system.
  • Experience using software security products or related security industry experience.
  • Experience working with federal sector – Advantage
  • Exemplary interpersonal verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to assemble, document, and present technical information.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and process, organize, plan and carry out assignments with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to perform in a challenging, fast-paced technical and business environment, and to maintain a professional image while working under pressure.
  • Demonstrated creativity, passion and ownership as required driving a new concept from conception to deployment

  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative development environment.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and team collaboration mindset.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient with complex applications.


  • Any of the following certifications: CISSP, PMP, CCNP, MCITP.
