Data Software Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze data streams from the field and research ways to make sense out of the data.
• Implement new algorithms and integrate them in the solution.
• Advocate engineering best practices.
• Act as a technical focal point and mentor for team members on architecture and cyber security best practices.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience coding in Python in a large-scale / corporate environment
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL and No-SQL databases
• 1+ year experience in data analysis, manipulation, and mining.
• BSc./ MSc. in Information Management, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent English).
• Innovative, but always productive and result driven.
• Love for problem solving and analytical tasks.

ADVANTAGE

• Experience with programming languages for data analysis, like R and SAS.
• Experience with machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with cyber security products.
• Understanding of agile principles and methodologies.
